Role Summary:

As a key member of our perioperative team, the RN will provide high-quality, compassionate care before, during, and after outpatient procedures. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a passion for patient safety and comfort.

Duties Include:

• Pre-op and post-op patient assessments

• Monitoring during procedures (as needed)

• Administering medications and IV therapy

• Patient and family education

• Accurate charting and communication with providers

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in North Dakota

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (surgical or PACU preferred)

• BLS & ACLS (required or willing to obtain)

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
