Self Pay FAQ
We offer self-pay options designed to keep care accessible and transparent. Self-pay does not qualify for payment plans; it must be paid in full. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.

An established care appointment is $150.

A colonoscopy consult is $75.

A clinic consultation with a fracture, including X-ray, is $350.

The second follow-up appointment is $200.
The third follow-up appointment is $150.
There is no charge for additional follow-ups after the third visit if they occur within 90 days of the initial consultation. -
Post-operative visits follow standard global period guidelines.

X-rays are $35 per visit.

A 10 percent discount is available when statements are paid in full.
