SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Northwest Dakota Surgery Center LLC, doing business as Dakota Medical (“Dakota Medical”), you agree to receive SMS/text messages related to your inquiry, appointments, reminders, requested services, follow-up communication, account-related updates, and other healthcare-related communications.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with Dakota Medical. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and Dakota Medical will no longer send SMS messages to your mobile number unless you opt in again.
